Our Team
With more than four decades of combined experience in the equine industry, our founders are united by a shared belief that empowering those who are closest to our horses deliver the greatest long‑term benefits to their health, wellbeing and performance.
Annalisa Sella
I’m the founder of Equestrian Hub Middle East and EquiLearn Arabia, working at the intersection of education, performance optimisation and equine welfare. With a background in classical training and saddle, bit, and bridle fitting, I work hands-on with horses and riders across multiple disciplines throughout the GCC.
My approach is rooted in functional anatomy, welfare and the belief that correctly selected and properly fitted equipment is fundamental to long-term soundness and performance.
EquiLearn Arabia was created in response to a clear gap in the region for accessible, high-quality equestrian education that reflects real working environments rather than purely academic models.
Our goal is to raise professional standards, encourage collaboration across disciplines and support horse–rider partnerships built on balance, comfort and welfare.

Dara Blackney
As a trainer and saddle fitter for over 25 years, my approach has always been holistic and welfare‑focused. My aim is to empower clients to deepen their understanding and make informed decisions that support the long‑term well being and performance of their equine partners.
Having worked across multiple equestrian disciplines and regulatory environments, I bring a broad and practical perspective to every equine and human client. Throughout my career, I've built strong partnerships with like-minded professionals who share my commitment to ethical practice, high welfare standards and accessible, evidence‑based education.
Through EquiLearn Arabia I commit to providing supportive, high-quality learning experiences that make a positive difference across our equestrian community.
